RE:   Tariff Notice No. 180 - Winter Construction Charges

The Commission received an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel), dated 24 July 2008, in which the company proposed modifications to its General Tariff Item 105.20 - Winter Construction Charges.

By letter, dated 7 August 2008, SaskTel requested the withdrawal of its application because certain elements of its filing required additional revisions.

SaskTel's request to withdraw Tariff Notice 180 is acceptable.

Yours sincerely,

Suzanne Bédard
Senior Manager, Tariffs
