LetterOttawa, 22 July 2008 File No.: 8340-S79-200809866 By E-mail Mr. Roland McCaffrey Dear Mr. McCaffrey: RE: Agreement 1267/00 - Seaside Communications Inc. / Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership - Basic Listing Interchange File Agreement On 16 July 2008, the Commission received from Seaside Communications Inc. ( Seaside ) a Basic Listing Interchange File (BLIF) Service Agreement duly executed by Seaside and Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership. This type of agreement does not fall under section 29 of the Telecommunications Act, S.C. 1993, c. 38. Accordingly, such an executed agreement need not be submitted for Commission approval. Instead, an unexecuted copy of the BLIF agreement should be filed by Seaside in association with its General Tariff, Item 102, Basic Listing Interchange File.
