The Commission is also in receipt of Bell Canada's response regarding CAIP's requests, dated 17 July 2008. Commission staff notes that Bell Canada has agreed to CAIP's disclosure requests. It has provided the information to the particular GAS customer, and with the customer's agreement, has provided the information to CAIP's counsel. In addition, Bell Canada did not object to CAIP's request for an extension to 22 July 2008 to file its Reply. In the circumstances, CAIP may file its Reply with the Commission, serving a copy on Bell Canada, by 22 July 2008 . Documents to be filed and served in accordance with the above process must be received, not merely sent, by the dates indicated.
