LetterOttawa, 27 June 2008 File No.: 8740-T66-200808355 BY E-MAIL Mr. Terry Connolly Dear Mr. Connolly: Re: TCC Tariff Notice 307, TCI Tariff Notice 609 and TCBC Tariff Notice 4306 On 12 June 2008, the Commission received applications by TELUS Communications Company (TCC), under cover of TCC Tariff Notice 307, TCI Tariff Notice 609 and TCBC Tariff Notice 4306, in which the company proposed revisions to its General Tariffs to update tariff pages related to business local exchange services for Alberta and British Columbia that are subject to forbearance from regulation. The proposed revisions were to reflect the Commission's determinations in TELUS Communications Company- Application for forbearance from the regulation of business local exchange services, Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-92, 27 September 2007 . The Commission notes that it requested amended applications from the company. Consequently, the Commission will be unable to render a decision within 10 business days of receipt of this application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of these applications being filed.
