LetterOttawa, 17 June 2008 File No.: 8740-T78-200807803 By E-mail Allen Mercier RE: Tariff Notice 369 - Rate increases to various services On 3 June 2008, the Commission received an application by Télébec, Limited Partnership, under cover of Tariff Notice 369, in which the company proposed rate increases to various services. Commission staff notes that, during a telephone conversation, the company indicated that it would amend its application. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application.
