LetterOttawa, 12 June 2008 File No.: 8340-T78-200807513 By E-mail Mr Allen Mercier Mr Mercier: RE: Agreement 1263/00 - Provision of 9-1-1 Service On 29 May 2008, the Commission received an application by Télébec, Limited Partnership in which the company requested Commission approval of an Interconnection Agreement for the provision of 9-1-1 service between itself and TELUS Communications Company. By way of telephone conversation, Commission staff requested that the company amend the incorrect cross references to its General Tariff in Sections 4.6 and 5.0 of Schedule A of the Interconnection Agreement. As the record is not yet complete, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the filing. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 days of the amended agreement being filed.
