(MTS Allstream), and Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel), are requested to provide comprehensive answers, including any supporting information, to the attached interrogatories. Responses to these interrogatories are to be filed with the Commission, and served on all parties to this proceeding, by 18 July 2008, as stipulated in Telecom Public Notice 2008-10 being issued today. With respect to alternate directory information (DI) and directory assistance (DA) services: a) In the case of Bell Canada et al. and TCC, identify any other alternate source of DI and DA services. In the case of MTS Allstream and SaskTel, identify all sources of DI and DA services known to the company, providing details on these services other than the company's. b) rovide an estimate of the percentage of local exchange service subscribers, by incumbent local exchange carrier (ILEC) operating territory, who must obtain DA service directly from the company, i.e. that have neither cell phone nor high-speed Internet access. 2. List the alternatives available to customers who do not have cell phone or Internet high-speed access and discuss whether these are reasonable alternatives to the company's DA services. 3. For each company's ILEC operating territory, for each of the years 2003 to 2007, provide a) the number of local exchange service subscribers , broken down by residential local exchange subscribers and by business local exchange subscribers, using DA, who paid charges for that service. b) the number of local exchange service subscribers who got DA free. 4. For each company's ILEC operating territory, for each of the years 2003 to 2007, provide the number of DA calls, broken down by residential local exchange subscribers and by business local exchange subscribers. 5. With respect to long distance and overseas directory information: a) Identify any alternate sources that provide these services. b) Provide a discussion on the potential barriers for local exchange service subscribers to gain access to these alternate sources, identified in response to a. 6. For each company's ILEC operating territory, for each of the years 2003 to 2007, provide the number of DA calls for long distance and overseas directory information made by: a) residential local exchange subscribers; and b) business local exchange subscribers.
