LetterOttawa, 9 June 2008 File No. 8740-B2-200807100 BY EMAIL Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: Re: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7133 and Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 0192 The Commission notes that, coincident with the filing of these applications, Bell Canada and Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited have joined with Saskatchewan Telecommunications and Télébec, Société en commandite in the filing of a Part VII application requesting the Commission to review and vary its determinations in Telecom Decision 2008-17, Revised regulatory framework for wholesale services and definition of essential service , 3 March 2008 with respect to these services. In view of the relationship between the Part VII application and the proposed withdrawal of ADSL services from the tariffs of the applicants, the Commission will be unable to render a decision on these applications until it has disposed of the Part VII application.
