Re: TELUS Communications Company - Application to review and vary Telecom Decision CRTC 2008-1
The Commission is in receipt of your letter, dated 28 May 2008, requesting that Barrett Xplore Inc. and other intervenors to the above-noted proceeding be given an opportunity to reply to certain arguments made by Bell Canada and Bell Aliant Regional Communications L.P. (the Companies) in their comments dated 23 May 2008, prior to TELUS Communications Company filing its reply argument.
The Commission has considered your request and concludes that the comments of the Companies, as intervenors in this proceeding, are not unusual or unique such that a modification to the standard process established for Part VII applications is required. Accordingly, the Commission denies your request to modify the procedures and deadlines with respect to the TELUS application.
