LetterOttawa, 26 May 2008 File No.: 8622-S9-200806440 By email Applicant Respondent RE: Part VII application by Shaw Cablesystems Limited regarding the sale by Thunder Bay Telephone of its Partial Systems Offering Plant On 1 May 2008, Shaw Cablesystems Limited (Shaw) filed an application seeking an order from the Commission mandating the sale to Shaw of the partial systems offering plant Thunder Bay Telephone (TBayTel) currently leases to Shaw. By letter dated 14 May 2008, TBayTel requested an extension of time in which to prepare its answer. By letter dated 15 May 2008, Shaw did not object to an extension, provided such extension did not exceed 15 days. TBayTel may file its answer to the application no later than 13 June 2008, serving a copy on Shaw. Shaw may file reply comments no later than 23 June 2008, serving a copy on TBayTel. Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, and not merely sent, by that date.
