LetterOttawa, 18 April 2008 File No.: 8638-C12-200805575 BY EMAIL To: Parties to Public Notice 2007-4 Re: Telebec's submission pursuant to Telecom Decision CRTC 2008-14 In Review of certain Phase II costing issues , Telecom Decision CRTC 2008-14, 21 February 2008 (Telecom Decision 2008-14 ), the Commission made determinations on certain Phase II costing issues. Among other things, the Commission directed Telebec, Limited Partnership (Telebec) to show cause why the determinations in Telecom Decision 2008-14 should not apply to it. Telebec filed its submission on 14 April 2008 . Parties may file comments on Telebec's submission, serving a copy on Telebec, by 12 May 2008 and Telebec may file its reply, serving a copy on parties that submitted comments, by 2 June 2008. Where a document is to be filed and served by a specific date, that document must be received, not merely sent by that date.
