Interrogatories to Shaw Communications Inc.

  1. Provide (a) the number of Thunder Bay Hydro poles on which the Partial Cable-Distribution Cable System (PSO) plant is attached and (b) the number of TBayTel poles, if applicable, on which the PSO plant is attached.

  2. Provide a copy of the invoice(s) that Shaw has received from Thunder Bay Hydro since 2005 in respect of the PSO plant.

  3. Provide a copy of the invoice(s) that Shaw has received from TBayTel since 2005 in respect of the PSO plant.

  4. Confirm whether Shaw since 2005 has paid and is currently paying Thunder Bay Hydro for attachments on Thunder Bay Hydro's poles, other than those for the PSO plant. Indicate the rate(s), terms and conditions for these attachments.

  5. Provide a diagram depicting the layout of the PSO.

  6. Provide a copy of the Partial System Agreement that is to be filed pursuant to Telecom Order CRTC 2008-74, 13 March 2008 .
