LetterOttawa, 4 April 2008 File No.: 8662-M59-200803066 By E-mail Ms Teresa Griffin-Muir Mr Mirko Bibic Dear Ms Griffin-Muir and Mr Bibic: Re: Part VII application by MTS Allstream Inc. to review and vary Decision 2007-80 and to review, vary and stay Decision 2008-10 On 2 April 2008, the Commission received a letter from MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) requesting the disclosure of certain information which was filed in confidence by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, Bell Canada, and Télébec, société en commandite (collectively, the Companies) in its 28 March 2008, comments regarding the above noted Part VII application. MTS Allstream requested that the Commission require the Companies to file this information no later than the close of business on 4 April 2008. In the alternative, MTS Allstream requested that it be granted an extension of 2 business days following disposition of this issue in order to file its reply. Commission staff notes that the Commission has not yet received the Companies' response to MTS Allstream's disclosure request. In light of the above, the Companies are to file a response to MTS Allstream's disclosure request on or before 7 April 2008, and MTS Allstream is to file its reply comments on or before 10 April 2008 . Where a document is to be filed by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely mailed, by that date.
