Dear Mr Gilbert :

Re: Part VII application for forbearance from the regulation of business local exchange services in the exchange of Arthabaska, Quebec

The Commission is in receipt of a letter from Telebec Limited Partnership (Telebec) dated 31 March 2008 indicating that it will not be able to provide a reply to Videotron Ltd's answer dated 26 March 2008 by 1 April 2008 and requesting an extension to 9 April 2008.

Commission staff agrees to extend the filing date for Telebec's reply to 9 April 2008.

Where a document is to be filed by a specific date, the document must be actually received, and not merely sent, by that date.

Yours sincerely,
