Dear Mr. Béland :

Re:   Part VII application from Télébec Limited Partnership for forbearance from the regulation of business local exchange services in the exchange of Arthabaska, Quebec

The Commission is in receipt of the letter from Videotron Ltd (Videotron) dated 19 March 2008 indicating that it will only be able to provide a response to the above mentioned application by 26 March 2008.

Following receipt of the 20 March 2008 letter from Télébec Limited Partnership (Télébec), the Commission accepts 26 March 2008 , as the new date for Videotron to submit its answer.   Accordingly, Télébec will have until 31 March 2008 , to submit a reply.

Where a document is to be filed by a specific date, the document must be actually received, and not merely sent, by that date.

Yours sincerely,
