LetterOttawa, 20 March 2008 File No: 8622-S9-200800111 By email To: janet.yee@concordpacific.com Re: Part VII Application by Shaw Communications Inc. seeking access to Concord Pacific Group Inc.'s Coopers Quay buildings In a letter dated 12 March 2008, the Commission provided Coopers Park Corporation (CPC) the opportunity to file submissions with the Commission by Wednesday 19 March 2008. By e-mail dated 18 March 2008, CPC indicated that in order to seek counsel to assist in preparing a response it required 10 business days to file its submission. In view of CPC's request, CPC may, by 31 March 2008, file a submission with the Commission, serving a copy on all other parties. Shaw Communications Inc. (Shaw) may, by 4 April 2008, file with the Commission a response to CPC serving a copy on all other parties. Rather than file two separate submissions, Shaw may also file its reply, if any, to Concord Pacific Group Inc.'s interrogatory responses by 4 April 2008. Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, and not merely sent, by that date. Yours sincerely, Original signed by Mario Bertrand |
