LetterOttawa, 10 March 2008 Our File No.: 8652-C12-200704636 By E-mail Mr. Michel Gilbert Re: Telecom Decision CRTC 2008-14 On 3 March 2008, Télébec, Société en commandite (Télébec) requested a 30 day extension to file comments as to why the determinations in Review of certain Phase II costing issues, Telecom Decision CRTC 2008-14, 21 February 2008 (Telecom Decision 2008-14) should not apply to it. Pursuant to paragraph 150 of Decision 2008-14, such comments were required to be filed by 12 March 2008 . In support of its request, Télébec submitted that the Decision had a significant impact, was complex and that the company was involved in a considerable number of other regulatory proceedings. In the circumstances, Commission staff considers that Télébec should be permitted to file its response on or before 14 April 2008, serving a copy on parties to the Phase II Review proceeding. Where a document is to be filed and served by a specific date, that document must be received, not merely sent by that date.
