Dear Mr. Palmer:

RE: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7103 and Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, Tariff Notice 160 - Centrex III Service

On 13 February 2008, the Commission received applications by Bell Canada and Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, under cover of Tariff Notice 7103 and Tariff Notice 160, respectively, in which the companies proposed a modification to their own General Tariff.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the applications. The Commission expects to render its decision shortly.
