LetterOttawa, 13 February 2008 File No.: 8690-M59-200707721 By email Teresa Griffin-Muir Patsy Scheer Re: Municipal Access Agreement between the City of Vancouver and MTS Allstream Inc. - Balance of Process On 7 February 2008, the Commission received a letter from MTS Allstream requesting a slight change to the schedule for the balance of this proceeding. MTS Allstream indicated that it was concerned that its review and analysis of the City of Vancouver 's responses to interrogatories as directed in the Commission's 29 January 2008 letter would not be completed before the deadline for it to file its reply comments. MTS Allstream suggested some dates for the balance of the proceeding. Commission staff notes MTS Allstream's concerns and it is agreeable to modifying the schedule for the filing of comments. However, Commission staff considers that the MTS Allstream dates must be modified slightly. Therefore, the dates for the balance of the proceeding are: MTS Allstream to file and serve written comments by 15 February 2008 City of Vancouver to file and serve its written response by 27 February 2008 MTS Allstream to file and serve its written reply comments by 5 March 2008 Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date. Submissions may be filed either electronically or on paper. Submissions longer than five pages should include a summary. Electronic submissions should be in HTML format, or alternatively, submissions may use "Microsoft Word" for text and "Microsoft Excel" for spreadsheets. Each paragraph of all submissions should be numbered. In addition, the line ***End of Document*** should be entered following the last paragraph. This will help the Commission verify that the document has not been damaged during electronic transmission. Yours sincerely, Original signed by Paul Godin Paul Godin |
