Dear Mr. Hersche:

Re:   Tariff Notice 159 - Network Access Service

On 29 January 2008, the Commission received an application by Saskatchewan Telecommunications under cover of Tariff Notice 159 (TN 159).

Staff notes that the company's proposal constitutes an implicit decrease to its Network Access Service.   Staff also notes that the company has not provided an imputation test in support of its application.

The company is requested to file an imputation test, including any supporting information, for the Regina exchange by rate Band by 22 February 2008.

The Commission expect to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.

Yours sincerely,

Original signed by
