Dear Mr. Woodhead :

Re:   Part VII application for forbearance from the regulation of residential local exchange services in the exchanges of L'Islet, Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies and Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Quebec

In order to complete the record of the above-mentioned application, TELUS Communications Company (TCC) is to provide by 11 February 2008 Competitor Quality of Service (Q of S) results that cover 6 months, beginning no earlier than May 2007.   Competitor Q of S results covering the proper period of time must be filed with each individual application.

TCC is also to provide, by the same date, a reply to Quebecor's 14 January 2008 letter.

Where a document is to be filed by a specific date, the document must be actually received, and not merely sent, by that date.

Yours sincerely,
