Wilkie Dear Mr. Wilkie: Re: Tariff Notice 138 - Withdrawal of Partial Cable - Distribution System On 28 November 2007, the Commission received an application by TBayTel under cover of Tariff Notice 138 (TN 138) in which TBayTel proposed to withdraw its Partial Cable Distribution System offering (PSO) service. The Commission received comments from Shaw and reply comments from TBayTel. TBayTel is requested to provide its response s to the attached interrogatories by 21 January 2008. Shaw Communications Inc. (Shaw) may file comments on TBayTel's response to the attached interrogatories by 31 January 2008. TBayTel may file its reply to Shaw's comments by 7 February 2008. As there are significant issues related to this application, the Commission expects to issue a decision within 75 business days from the date of the application, as indicated in Telecom Circular 2005-7.
