Dear Mr. Palmer:

Re:   Bell Canada Tariff Notice 886

On 17 December 2007, the Commission received an application by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 886 proposing revisions to National Services Tariff Item D722.17, Managed Utility Service - Customer Specific Arrangement to, among other things, reflect an extension of the current agreement for an additional 2-year period.

In view of the holiday season, the Commission was not able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of Tariff Notice 886.   The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the date of receipt of the tariff notice.

Yours sincerely,
