Re: Re-branding of Canadian Learning Television (CLT) as Viva
This letter is to acknowledge receipt of your response of 29 October 2008, concerning the re-branding of CLT as Viva. Based on the information provided, no further regulatory action will be undertaken at this time.
It is expected that Viva will continue to be an educational service that provides a predominance (not less than 55%) of formal educational programming with clear learning objectives, as stipulated in CLT’s nature of service and conditions of licence (Decision CRTC 2004-17).
