Dear Ms. Lindsey:

In response to CSTV Networks, Inc.'s request dated 13 March 2008, the Commission has issued Renaming of College Sports Television (CSTV) as CBS College Sports Network on the lists of eligible satellite services, Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2008-51, 4 June 2008, amending the lists to reflect the above-mentioned name change.

The Commission notes that it remains open to parties to challenge CSTV Networks, Inc.'s assertion that the change is, in fact, a change of name only.

The Commission reminds CSTV Networks, Inc. that the programming rights undertakings that the company originally provided must remain in effect as a condition of CBS College Sports Network's authorization for distribution in Canada. Specifically, the service must have obtained and must remain in possession of all necessary rights for the distribution of its programming in Canada. Further, the service must not hold, nor try to obtain, nor exercise, preferential or exclusive programming rights in relation to the distribution of programming in Canada .

Yours sincerely,

Robert A. Morin
Secretary General
