CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee - Consensus item

  Reference: 8621-C12-01/00
  In this Decision, the Commission approves a consensus report regarding the assignment of 900 NXX codes.

1.

The Canadian Steering Committee on Numbering (CSCN) of the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee (CISC) submitted a consensus report to the CISC Steering Committee (SC).

On 11 July 2008, the SC approved the following report and subsequently referred it to the Commission for consideration:
 
  • CSCN - CSCN TIF Report 74 re: TIF 75 - CSCN Guidelines Review - Review of Canadian Adjunct to the Industry Numbering Committee (INC) 900 NXX Code Assignment Guidelines, 26 June 2008 (CNRE074A). The CSCN reached consensus on revisions to the Canadian adjunct to the INC 900 NXX Code Assignment Guidelines to reflect recent industry practices.

The report is available on the Commission's website at www.crtc.gc.ca.

The Commission has reviewed and approves the above-noted consensus report.
