Erratum: Telecom Decision 2008-44 - Appendix

1.

In Telecom Decision 2008-44, the Commission forbore from regulating high capacity/digital data services interexchange private line (IXPL) services on certain additional routes pursuant to Telecom Order 99-434.

Following the issuance of Telecom Decision 2008-44, the Commission was informed that two routes had been incorrectly labelled. Specifically, the exchange initially labelled "Cambridge, ON" should have been correctly identified as "Galt, ON," and the exchange initially labelled "Delta, BC" should have been correctly identified as "Ladner, BC."

3.

In this Erratum, the Commission is making corrections to the Appendix to Telecom Decision 2008-44 in order to correctly label the routes. A copy of the corrected Appendix is attached to this Erratum with changes highlighted in bold.
