Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2008-95

  Ottawa, 2 May 2008
  Roger Moskaluke
Wynyard, Saskatchewan
  Application 2008-0509-6, received 3 April 2008

Revocation of licence

Roger Moskaluke has confirmed his eligibility for exemption in accordance with Exemption order respecting a class of low-power radio programming undertakings, Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2004-92, 26 November 2004 (Public Notice 2004-92), and has requested the revocation of the licence for the radio programming undertaking VF2426 Wynyard, Saskatchewan.
2. Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Roger Moskaluke for the above mentioned undertaking.
3. The Commission notes that the licence renewal application that has already been filed for this radio programming undertaking (2007-1851-2) is no longer required. Accordingly, the Commission has closed the file and has disposed of all related documents.
4. The Commission reminds the operator of this undertaking that he must, at all times, comply with the criteria contained in the exemption order attached to Public Notice 2004-92.
