Acquisition of assets - Correction to a condition of licence


The Commission hereby corrects condition of licence 8 of Appendix 1 to Acquisition of assets, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2008-71, 31 March 2008, by replacing it with the following condition of licence:

8. During the 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 broadcast years, the licensee shall devote a minimum of 2 hours of programming during each broadcast month to the broadcast of programs with descriptive video. Beginning in the 2007-2008 broadcast year, at least 3 hours per month of descriptive video shall be provided. Beginning in the 2009-2010 broadcast year, at least 4 hours per month of descriptive video shall be provided. Over the licence term, 50% of the described programming shall be original programming.
