Revocation of licences

Phil Wintemute, Telecommunications Manager, Department of Highways and Public Works, Government of Yukon, and his successors have requested the revocation of the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertakings CJBD-FM Destruction Bay, VF2359 Beaver Creek and VF2412 Dawson City, Yukon Territory.

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licences issued to Phil Wintemute, Telecommunications Manager, Department of Highways and Public Works, Government of Yukon, and his successors for the above-mentioned undertakings.
