Correction |
|
1. |
In Corporate reorganization, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2008-314, 18 November 2008, a number of undertakings were excluded in error. Additionally, the appendix did not correctly indicate the names of the parties to whom a broadcasting licence would be issued for the Category 1 specialty programming undertaking Mystery and the specialty programming undertaking TVtropolis (formerly known as Prime TV), respectively. The appendix to Broadcasting Decision 2008-314 is therefore replaced with the appendix attached to this decision. |
2. |
The Commission corrects the appendix by adding the following undertakings under the licences to be issued to Canwest Television GP Inc. (the general partner) and Canwest Media Inc. (the limited partner), carrying on business as Canwest Television Limited Partnership upon surrender of the current licences:
|
3. |
The Commission further corrects the appendix by adding the following Category 1 specialty programming undertaking Men TV under the licence to be issued to Canwest Television GP Inc. (the general partner) and Canwest Media Inc. (the limited partner), Canwest Television Limited Partnership, and TVA Group Inc., partners in a general partnership carrying on business as Men TV General Partnership. |
4. |
The Commission confirms that the licence for Mystery will be issued to Canwest Television GP Inc. (the general partner) and Canwest Media Inc. (the limited partner), carrying on business as Canwest Television Limited Partnership, and TVA Group Inc., partners in a general partnership carrying on business as Mystery Partnership. |
5. |
Additionally, the Commission confirms that the licence for TVtropolis will be issued to Canwest Television GP Inc. (the general partner) and Canwest Media Inc. (the limited partner), carrying on business as Canwest Television Limited Partnership and Rogers Communications Inc., partners in a general partnership carrying on business as TVtropolis General Partnership. |
