Correction

1.

The Commission hereby corrects Licence renewals, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2008-301, 5 November 2008, by deleting paragraph 5.

2.

In that paragraph, the Commission erroneously stated that Rawlco Radio Ltd. (Rawlco), licensee of CKCK-FM Regina, was in non-compliance with its condition of licence relating to Canadian talent development (CTD) contributions for the broadcast year ending 31 August 2002. The Commission notes that the 2002 CTD contribution was in fact made by Rawlco's still operational AM station, CKCK Regina, since CKCK-FM was not yet on-air. The Commission apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused the licensee.
