Correction

1.

The Commission hereby corrects TVO (CICA-TV Toronto and its transmitters) - Licence renewal, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2008-207, 22 August 2008, by replacing paragraph 10 with the following paragraph:
 

10. In light of the above, the Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the English-language educational television service TVO (CICA-TV Toronto and its transmitters) from 1 September 2008 to 31 August 2015. This expiry date is conditional on the licensee's submitting, by the spring of 2011, its proposal for the conversion of its analog licence to a digital licence. The licence will be subject to the conditions set out therein, as well as to the conditions set out in the appendix to this decision.

Further, the Commission adds the following paragraph:
 

11. The conditions of licence imposed in this decision will remain in effect despite the conversion from analog to digital. In the event that the conversion results in amendments to the conditions of licence, these amendments will be carried out accordingly. The Commission reminds TVO that it must comply with the technical requirements of the Department of Industry over the entire licence term.
