Erratum

1.

The Commission hereby corrects paragraph 2 of the French version of ARTV - Licence amendment, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2008-2, 4 January 2008, by replacing it with the following:
 

La requérante indique que, conformément au cadre établi dans Cadre de réglementation de l'attribution de licence et de la distribution des services payants et spécialisés à haute définition, avis public de radiodiffusion CRTC 2006-74, 15 juin 2006, la programmation du service analogique et la programmation du service amélioré seront comparables, c'est-à-dire qu'au moins 95 % des composantes sonores et visuelles seront identiques, à l'exclusion des messages publicitaires et de toute partie du service distribuée par un signal secondaire. De plus, la requérante indique que la différence de 5 % sera entièrement constituée de programmation HD.
