  Further to its Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2007-142 dated 21 December 2007, the Commission announces the following:

Amendment to E-Mail address for item 2
  Application by Carl Gilbert, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated (OBCI), for the use of frequency 105.5 MHz (channel 288B) with an average effective radiated power of 30,600 watts (maximum effective radiated power 50,000 watts/effective antenna height 97.9 metres) for the operation of the new French-language commercial radio programming undertaking approved in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2007-95, 21 March 2007 (Decision 2007-95).
