  Further to its Broadcasting Public Notices CRTC 2007-14 and 2007-14-1 dated 9 and 13 February 2007, the Commission announces the following:
  IN BROADCASTING PUBLIC NOTICE CRTC 2007-14-1, THE COMMISSION ANNOUNCED THAT IT POSTPONED CONSIDERATION OF THE FOLLOWING ITEM TO A LATER DATE TO ALLOW THE APPLICANT TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION NECESSARY TO THE ANALYSIS OF THE FILE. SINCE THE APPLICANT IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED INFORMATION IN A TIMELY MANNER, THE COMMISSION HAS CLOSED THE FILE ON THIS APPLICATION AND HAS DISPOSED OF ALL RELATED DOCUMENTS.
