  Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2007-1, dated 25 January 2007, 2007-1-1, dated 7 February 2007, 2007-1-2 dated 20 February 2007 and 2007-1-3 dated 2 March 2007, relating to a public hearing which will be held commencing on 27 March 2007 at 9:30 a.m., at the Conference Centre, Phase IV, 140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:
  THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE AMENDED AND THE CHANGES ARE IN BOLD:
  Items 1 to 6
  These involve applications for a broadcasting licence to carry on a radio programming undertaking to serve Sudbury, Ontario.
  Item 25
  Olds, Alberta
Application No. 2006-1273-0
  Application by CAB-K Broadcasting Limited for a licence to operate an English-language FM commercial radio programming undertaking in Olds.
  Additional clarifications related to Canadian content development plans have been added to the public examination file of these applications. Interested parties are advised to review the files for any additional correspondence.
  Item 19
  Across Canada
Application No. 2006-0453-9
  Application by Rogers Broadcasting Limited for a licence to operate a national pay audio programming undertaking to be known as Rogers Pay Audio.
  The consideration of this application has been moved to the non-appearing phase of this public hearing.
