Dear Ms. Lapierre:

RE: Agreement 0995/01 - Interconnection agreement and compensation of specialty services

On 13 December 2007, the Commission received an application by Compagnie de téléphone de Lambton Inc., in which the company proposed a modification to the Agreement for interconnection and compensation of specialty services between itself and Bell Aliant Regional Communications.

Commission staff asked the company to amend its application. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.

Yours sincerely,
