Mr. Terry Connolly Dear Mr. Connolly: RE: Tariff Notice 471 - Internet Voice Access Service On 17 December 2007, the Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Company, in which the company proposed a modification to its Internet Voice Access Service. Commission staff notes that in view of the statutory holidays, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application.
