Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: RE: Tariff Notice 886 - Managed Utility Service - Customer Specific Arrangement On 17 December 2007, the Commission received an application by Bell Canada in which the company proposed modifications to its National Services Tariff item 722, Managed Utility service - Customer Specific Arrangement. The application was filed under cover of Bell Canada (NST) Tariff Notice 886. Commission staff notes that in view of the statutory holidays, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application.
