RE: Tariff Notice 282 - Forbearance of High-Speed Intra-Exchange Digital Network Access Services

On 14 December 2007, the Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Company, under cover of Tariff Notice 282, in which the company proposed the introduction of General Tariff item 514 - Forbearance of high-speed intra-exchange digital network access service.

Commission staff notes that in view of the statutory holidays, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.
