Mr. Jeff Laferriere Dear Mr. Laferriere: RE: Tariff Notice 249 - Housekeeping changes On 18 December 2007, the Commission received an application by NorthernTel Limited Partnership, under cover of Tariff Notice 249, in which the company proposed a modification to its General Tariff. Commission staff notes that in view of the statutory holidays, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application.
