RE:   Tariff Notice 14 - CLEC Interconnection Rates

On 26 November 2007, the Commission received an application by Fido Solutions Inc., under cover of Tariff Notice 14, in which the company proposed a modification to its Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) General Tariff.

Commission staff has asked the company to amend its application and is still awaiting the requested revisions. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.
