Al Hathaway Re : Novus Entertainment Inc. - Application for access to multiple dwelling units developed by Pinnacle International On 30 November 2007, the Commission received a letter from Novus Entertainment Inc. (Novus) requesting an extension to Friday,14 December 2007 for filing, with the Commission, its reply to Pinnacle International's response in the above-noted matter. In that letter, Novus noted that counsel for Pinnacle International had agreed to such an extension.
