RE:   Agreement 1230/00 - E9-1-1 Services Agreement with the Province of New Brunswick

On 20 November 2007, the Commission received an application by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership, under cover of Agreement 1230/00, in which the company requested the Commission's approval of its most recent E9-1-1 Services Agreement with the Province of New Brunswick.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.
