Dear Mr. Palmer:

RE: Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership Tariff Notice 260

On 19 November 2007, the Commission received a letter from Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant) requesting an extension to 27 November 2007 for filing reply comments regarding comments on Tariff Notice 260, received from Bragg Communications Inc., carrying on business as Eastlink, dated 13 November 2007.

Bell Aliant noted that the extension is requested due to the absence of a key resource critical to the development of the company's submission.

Commission staff considers Bell Aliant's request to be reasonable and grants the extension.

Yours sincerely,
