RE: Follow up to Mitchell Seaforth Cable T.V. Ltd. - Application to review and vary the determinations in Telecom Decision 2007-50 with respect to the community of Dublin , Ontario , Telecom Decision 2007-110

In Mitchell Seaforth Cable T.V. Ltd. - Application to review and vary the determinations in Telecom Decision 2007-50 with respect to the community of Dublin, Ontario, Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-110, 22 November 2007 (Decision 2007-110), the Commission determined that in order to have a full record on which to base its final decision regarding the community of Dublin (Ontario), additional information was necessary.   Accordingly, the Commission directed Mitchell Seaforth Cable T.V. Ltd. (Mitchell Seaforth) to file the information identified in paragraph 9(a) of Telecom Public Notice 2006-15, as well as answers to interrogatories to be issued concurrent with Telecom Decision 2007-110.

The Commission's interrogatories are included in the Attachment to this letter, which also provides a format for the filing of the information required pursuant to paragraph 9(a) of Telecom Public Notice 2006-15.

As noted in Telecom Decision 2007-110, Mitchell Seaforth is to file this information by 3 December 2007 , and serve a copy on all interested parties to the Telecom Public Notice 2006-15 proceeding.   Bell Canada and any other interested party to the Telecom Public Notice 2006-15 proceeding wishing to comment on Mitchell Seaforth's submission may do so by 13 December 2007 , serving a copy on all interested parties to the Telecom Public Notice 2006-15 proceeding. Mitchell Seaforth may file reply comments with the Commission, serving a copy on all other parties, by 21 December 2007 .
