Ms. A. San Re: Shaw Communications: applications seeking access to Concord Pacific Group's Spectrum Towers Development The Commission is in receipt of two applications from Shaw Communications Inc. (Shaw). On 31 August 2007 , Shaw requested the assistance of the Commission, under a dispute resolution process, to resolve a building access dispute for the above noted buildings, between itself and Concord Pacific Group Inc. ( Concord ), Commission file # 8622-S9-200712564 . On 26 September 2007 , Shaw filed a Part VII application seeking an order from the Commission directing Concord to provide to Shaw immediate access to the above noted buildings, Commission file # 8622-S9-200713570. Given that Shaw has filed a Part VII application to now deal with the access issue between itself and Concord , the Commission hereby closes file # 8622-S9-200712564 requesting Commission assistance through a dispute resolution process to deal with the same issue.
