Al Hathaway Re : Novus Entertainment Inc. - Application for access to multiple dwelling units developed by Pinnacle On 30 October 2007, Novus Entertainment Inc. (Novus) filed an application with the CRTC under Part VII of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure (SOR/79-554) , concerning access to properties that are currently under development by Pinnacle International Inc. (Pinnacle). The Commission's determination of this application may include determinations with respect to other parties providing telecommunications related services to the properties in question. Therefore, Commission staff requests that Novus and Pinnacle each serve copies of their submissions to the Commission related to this Part VII application, on Shaw Telecom Inc. (Shaw), TELUS Communications Company (TELUS), and any other telecommunications companies that have access to the properties in question. Novus is to serve a copy of its 30 October 2007, application on Shaw, TELUS, and any other telecommunications companies with access to the properties in question, by 23 November 2007. All subsequent submissions should also be served on Shaw, TELUS, and any other telecommunications companies that have access to the properties in question, by the filing party, on the same date as they are served on Pinnacle or Novus and filed with the Commission. Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, and not merely sent by that date. Sincerely, Original signed by
Paul Godin
