Re: Disclosure of information filed in confidence with the Commission pursuant to Telecom Decision 2007-35

In a letter dated 13 November 2007, the Commission issued its determination with respect to the issue of disclosure of competitors' network presence information raised in the context of the forbearance framework established in Framework for forbearance from regulation of high-speed intra-exchange digital network access services, Telecom Decision CRTC 2007-35, 25 May 2007 (Decision 2007-35).

Pursuant to the above letter, the Commission is disclosing, in the Appendix to this letter, the information related to the Commission's disposition of Bell Canada 's high-speed digital network access (DNA) forbearance application in Decision 2007-35.
